Clam Chowder Ramen

Ingredients per person

  • Hokkaido Scallop Dashi Salt Ramen1 bag
  • Bacon2 slices
  • Canned clams(Content 130 g)1/2 can (also 1/2 the juice)
  • Potatoes(About 50 g)1 small piece
  • Vegetable mix40 g
  • Powdered cheese 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 2 tbsp
  • Salad oil 1 tbsp
  • Water 200cc
  • Soya milk 300cc

Way of Making

  1. Cut the potatoes into small bite-sized pieces, place in a heatproof container, wrap fluffy and cook in a 600 w microwave for 2 minutes.

  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the bacon and cook until crispy and remove. Reduce the heat to low, add the salad oil, heat, add the clams and potatoes, cover and steam for 5 minutes. Add the vegetable mix and stir to combine.

  3. Heat Water and Soya milk in a saucepan over medium heat, add noodles and cook on time. Turn off the heat and add the soup stock provided.

  4. Place ③ in a bowl and top with the remaining ②. Sprinkle with black pepper and powdered cheese.
