■Product Sales Limitations
The number of items that can be purchased by one person varies depending on the product.
The maximum number of items that can be sold is the number of items selected in the "Quantity" section of each product page.
The credit card must be in the name of the person who is the purchaser of the product.
Please note that we may refuse the use of credit cards unless the credit card is in the name of the customer.
■Delivery time and method of delivery of products
Orders are usually dispatched from the warehouse within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of the order.
However, please note that delivery may be delayed if there is a rush of orders.
The delivery time may vary depending on the country of residence of the customer.
Please note that delivery may not always be possible due to transport routes. Please understand this in advance.
■Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after completion under any circumstances, except in the case of the arrival of goods that are different from those ordered or if the goods are faulty.
In addition, we cannot accept any returns at the customer's convenience.
Please note that no refunds will be accepted if the order is returned without notification or if the return or cancellation is due to refusal to receive the goods.
If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, or if the item is faulty, please contact us (info@japanmania.shop) with your order number and details within 7 days of receipt of the item.
We will inspect the condition of the goods and, if we are able to confirm the error or defect, we will replace the goods if they are in stock or refund you if they are not in stock.
If the delivery cannot be completed even after about a week has passed since the missed delivery slip was posted, or if the delivery cannot be completed due to an incomplete address or inability to contact the customer, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
