This luxurious dish uses hairy crabs in both the noodles and the soup, and offers the robust flavour of crab.
The noodles, made with wheat and salt, are of such high quality that it is hard to believe they are instant noodles!

Wheat, eggs, soya, squid, crab, shrimp.
● How to Cook

Boil a large pot of water (1~2 litres per meal), add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Then boil for a further 2 to 3 minutes (to desired firmness) while slowly unravelling the noodles.

Make the soup before the noodles are cooked. Put the soup in a bowl and dissolve it in 400~450ml of boiling water. (You can make a hotter soup by pouring the soup into a small pot, dissolving it in 400~450ml of boiling water, bringing it to a light boil, and then pouring it into the bowl.)

Drain the boiled noodles well, transfer them to a bowl of soup and add your roast pork, bamboo shoots, spring onions and pepper for a light and refreshing flavour.
