The soup, made from a dashi extracted by simmering charcoal-grilled flying fish from Nagasaki, is refined and full of flavor.
The chewy noodles, made without frying, are the perfect match for the soup with condensed savory flavors”umami”.

● How to Cook
Bring 500ml of water to the boil in a saucepan, add the noodles and cook over medium heat for 4½ minutes. Turn off the heat, add the soup, stir well and serve. Transfer to a prepared bowl and serve.
