The broth, made from dashi (soup stock) made by slowly boiling only Hokkaido scallops, has an addictive aroma and sweet taste.

● How to Cook

Boil the noodles. Bring 500 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan, add the noodles and cook over medium heat for 4½ minutes.

Turn off the heat, add the soup, stir well and serve.

Transfer to a prepared bowl and serve. For an extra touch, top with scallops, char siu pork, asparagus or other toppings of your choice.
