The glutinous, chunky noodles are well mixed with the delicate but heavy ultimate pork bone broth, making for a very tasty bowl of noodles! Black soy sauce ramen soup with a pork base and a hint of garlic. The thick, rectangular noodles with just the right amount of elasticity and smoothness make this an outstandingly satisfying dish.

Wheat, eggs, soya, chicken, pork.
● How to Cook
Fill a saucepan with water and bring to the boil. (450ml per serving). Boil the noodles to the desired consistency.
After boiling, turn off the heat, add the soup and mix well. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with ‘red secret powder’ if desired
