Introduced on a TV programme and highly praised!

● An exquisite salt ramen with a taste so good you won't believe it's instant!

Okhotsk salt is made by burning seawater pumped up from the icy sea where the ice floes come in contact with the ice floes during the harsh winter months, and then slowly and deliberately boiling it down over several days using larch cut from the mountains of Okhotsk.
This mineral-rich homemade salt is used for the soup and noodles, and is a superb dish that has been carefully examined.

● Common allergens included

Wheat, eggs, soya, chicken, pork, sesame.

● How to Cook

Boil a large pot of water (1~2 litres per meal), add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Then boil for a further 2 to 3 minutes (to desired firmness) while slowly unravelling the noodles.

Make the soup separately before the noodles are cooked. Take out the soup from the soup bowl and dissolve it in 400-450 ml of boiling water. (Alternatively, take the attached soup into your small pot and dissolve it in 400~450 ml of boiling water, then bring it directly to a light boil and add it to the bowl. Makes a hotter soup).
