These dry noodles are organic and vegan as no animal ingredients are used.
The soup is made with Japanese sun-dried salt and organic vegetable bouillon.
Kayaku is flavored with flavorful Kyoto Kujo green onions and wakame seaweed.

● How to Cook
Boil 700 ml of water in a pot. Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for a total of 5 minutes; after 4 of the 5 minutes of cooking, add the kayaku.
Finally, add soup and mix well, then transfer to a bowl and serve.
