This set of dried noodles does not contain any animal ingredients thus it is organic and vegan.
The soy sauce-flavored soup is made with organic soy sauce broth that is enriched with the flavor of vegetables, Kombu (kelp), and organic sesame seeds.
The kayaku is flavored with fragrant Kyoto Kujo green onions and wakame seaweed.

● How to Cook

Boil 600 ml of water in a pot. Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for a total of 5 minutes; after 4 of the 5 minutes of cooking, add the kayaku.
