Hokkaido's traditional miso ramen in bagged noodles!
●Sapporo Miso Ramen is one of the three major ramen varieties of Hokkaido.
Hokkaido Sapporo-style miso ramen with thick, slightly yellow noodles and a rich, aromatic broth made from two types of red miso.
It uses concentrated Hokkaido kelp dashi.
● Common allergens included
Wheat, soya, chicken, pork, sesame, geatine.
● How to Cook

Bring 550 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan, add 1 bunch of noodles and boil for 5 minutes. (Adjust the boiling time to your preference. )When the noodles are finished boiling, turn off the heat, add 1 bag of soup and stir well.

Serve in a bowl and enjoy while it is still hot. *Serve with corn, roast pork, spring onions, bean sprouts, butter, etc., to taste. *If you are cooking for two people at once, double the amount of water. *The soup (miso) may turn reddish in colour, but this does not affect its quality.
