● How to Cook

Boil 1 liter of water for every 100g of noodles. Unwrap the noodles and add them to boiling water. Cook for 1.5 to 2 minutes, stirring gently. Adjust the heat to prevent overflow. Once cooked, drain and rinse thoroughly under cold water.

The somen noodles had a clean, light flavor with no strange aftertaste. But the delivery took longer and the price feels a bit high.
I heard that somen is a classic summer dish in Japan, so I decided to give it a try. It had a clean, mild flavor and was so smooth and easy to eat—perfect for a hot summer day. I definitely recommend it!
