● How to Cook

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. (Use at least 1 liter of water per 100g of noodles.) Add the udon and gently loosen with chopsticks to prevent sticking. Reduce heat if it starts to boil over, and cook for about 10 minutes.

For hot udon, place the cooked noodles and cooking water in a bowl and enjoy with hot dipping sauce. For cold udon, transfer the noodles to a strainer and rinse well under cold water.
